It prob was foxes, as i heard same noise again last night not really heard foxes before and certainly didnt know they sounded like human screams! Thanks for all your advice and if i think it is someone in danger then i will defo call the police in future. Thanks again

Did any one else hear the screaming at 2.30am this morning? It was down the bottom of LL by the EDT, I couldn't quite work out if it was drunk screams or not. I had a look out my window but could not see anything?? Just wondering if anyone else heard it?!

I ran straight into him on the platform, wasn't looking where i was going again! In my defense he was taking up the entire platform! what was he doing there? anyone know?

I too have noticed that they are really low flying over my house, could see pretty much the people in the windows!? have the flight paths changed for the summer season?? If someone knows the answer then i would love to know!

I have had a wander round while house hunting the last 2 saturdays and loved the place!

Me and a friend are due to move here at the end of Nov both single females early twenties, seems to me that ED has a nicely balanced mix. However what about the single men are there enough!?!?;-)

Thanks for that! I'm moving from Portsmouth, though originally from oxford, and my housemate from essex so nightlife is pretty varied in all three places. We are mainly wondering what the pub scene is like and what are the best ones to try out?! We have been to the area to look a number of times and seen that there are a number of eating places so looking forwards to trying some of those out! Also does anyone knows if the night bus stops near the roundabout at the bottom of lordship lane? and is it an ok route back to ED? Sorry lots of questions!
