Good luck Otta. I tend to drink orange and lemonade when not "drinking". Its the only soft drink I enjoy. Or sparkling water. Other soft drinks are just too sweet/sticky for me.

My father struggled to give up smoking and tried many times without much success until the doctor told him he had cancer. Then he gave up immediately but it was too late for him and he died age 67. That's my personal experience of the damage that smoking does - Good luck to those trying to give up, its worth the effort. Edited to say that this shows that for some its remarkably easy to give up when the risk of death is imminent. But until then you are just playing russian roullete and probably think you are going to be one of the lucky ones. I know its not a very nice post - but hopefully it helps someone to give up.

There is a school of thought that the government sold too good a deal to GPs a number of years ago. Hence the taxpayer could be seen to be overpaying for the service generally. However i agree with others above that DMC is a very good practice, run efficiently with good doctors. We are fortunate to have it in the area.

I do rest - honest. This is more to do with setting the oven at the right temperature and for the right duration to 1) allow you to plan when you are going to eat and 2) not overcook the meat. Chefs recommendations are very different and imo Gordon has it right.

What I don't like about the tablets I have used is that when you touch to expand the screen, to make the text bigger, the text does not condense to the width of the screen. So you have to scroll across to see the type that has moved off screen. [ Unless there is a way to adjust for this? ] My HTC phone automatically adjusts to the screen size. Do tablets not do this?
