  1. No but a horse has won it before. Princess Anne in "72.

BTW. I posted this on reading ottas post and without reading any posts in between. My immediate thought was that if the word white was replaced with black then the comment would automatically be considered racist.

  6. Dylen McGeouch - I know of his name but that's about it Declan. He's supposedly a bit of a wonder kid. Celtic do have a good youth system which is paying dividends. Wikipedia has already been updated: CelticMcGeouch made his debut on 6 November 2011 when he came on as a late substitute in a 2?1 win over Motherwell.[2] McGeouch scored his first league goal for Celtic in a narrow 5-0 win over St. Mirren, in which he won a tackle and ran the whole length of the pitch before netting the ball inside the 18 yard box
  7. Celtic move to within 4 points of Rangers with 5 0 win over St Mirren. Seem to be getting in gear now. Next up is Athletico Madrid on Thursday night.
  8. Dont let the wife hear you say that

  10. It does not seem that long ago when I was heading to Dublin with my English mate for the formality of England sealing the Grand Slam as a light warm up for the World Cup, which they would probaly make the final of again. Its a major fall from grace. Don't forget however that you won the six nations this year.
  11. Be careful what you wish for.
  12. Playing down expectations now after saying what he said Monday night.
  13. Harry said that if they kept up their current form of 8 wins from 9 ? they could win the title, but it would be a big ask..... As I have them at 130/1, I'm happy to agree with him. I don't think they will do it but noone knows for sure and I never like it when someone saya a team "couldn't" do something.......of course they could, whether they will or not is another matter.

Finishes on Friday for me. Only 4 days to go. Pleased that I have not given in as yet and should see it through. Friday could be a big night! If you see me, avoid me. :))
  15. A good weekend for Celtic. Winning away and rangers draw at home. Is this the point at which the chase begins in ernest? Ten points behind now.
  16. Annoyed that I did not support kauto. He has been a good one for me over the years but thought he was past it. Wonderful to watch from a sporting perspective.
  17. Amazing Kauto Star. Turns the season on its head. Paul Nicholls says its the best day he has ever had. Jumps racing at its best. It's like the horse knew it might be his last race.
  18. First big jumps race of the season today. Long run kauto star etc. It might be Time for Rupert ?

Good food. (But don't like anywhere that makes you keep your knives and fork from the starter for the main...)
  20. Yeah yeah yeah - let's all laugh at men why don't we. So unfair.
  21. Jobs you would never ask a man to do: :) Sorry. I can't think of any. Maybe someone can help me out here.
  22. If my wife had worked for Goldman Sachs, she'd still be there now and I'd be at home watching daytime tv.
  23. *Bob* Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > What does the little lady think, Mick? She's really not sure what to make of it all. But as she used to work for GoldmanSachs she probably has more of a clue than most.

The clue is in the question.
