I hear a hum mainly at night, always think I've left my boiler on, it's that significant. I'm near Lordship Lane end of Melbourne Grove.

'But the reality is that 90% of other pavement users (walkers, runners, dog-walkers) just do not reciprocate this in any way whatsoever... not even moving 1ft towards the inside of the pavement. Some even continuing to walk side-by-side.' I've noticed this most of all. Couples refuse to go single file, even though I have moved to the road, we still don't have 6 feet between us. Completely oblivious.

I'm developing panic attacks now, while out. At the real, or sometimes imaginary, sounds of panting and footsteps behind me. It's no joke

Delivery people have been leaving things on doorsteps anyway, so as to not come into contact with anyone during lockdown. So hopefully it will just be left even if you are not there.

I am awaiting a reply, however when asked about the name of staff member who came up to speak to me, declined to give his name as I don't want a scapegoat situation.

I was so upset by this store that, after consideration, I complained about the situation. Emphasising the staff need to stay safe too. And yes, a woman with 3 kids took 2 of them in with her. (they were all old enough to wait outside) Wouldn't touch this place with a bargepole now. sand12 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Not sure if this has been seen by everyone, but > looking at the queue for the Local Sainsbury?s on > LL, I don?t think so. > > Several couples, families with kids > (older/younger) some getting out of cars queueing > to get in the store where then it is chaos. Couple of gates open, Townley Road is one. Another up towards the top, if coming from LL -

The number of people actually on buses is negligible, and if it's solely keyworkers, I don't give a toss if it's free for them. Bigger issues to worry about.

I'm looking for a way to get a couple of eggs delivered to my brother (Catford) who, like us all, is doing his best to isolate but is normally a pretty isolated guy at the best of times. I thought some chocolate would cheer him a bit. Any ideas? Loathe to use Amazon. Cadbury's were but have suspended. Thorntons not to new customers.

Last few times I've walked down Green Dale from Townley Road entrance, there seems to be a leak. Not sure if it's a Southwark Council problem or Thames Water?

I wish I'd taken on board the comments about Plough Sainsbury's, nearly induced a panic attack it was so horrific. Add to that a member of staff coming up to chat to you because you know them! I'm going to report to Head Office I think. Anyhoo, how is Lloyds the chemist in Northcross handling this? I want 2 specific things and am hoping to run in and out. -

Not an independent but small Sainsbury up at the Plough, staff please keep your distance! I know one guy in there to say hello (who has a sketchy idea of personal space normally anyway)and he came right up to me and stood at the self checkout next to mine, and said Hello Doctor, because I had latex gloves on! FFS stay away from the customers. -
