As for the "most dogs" comment I don't see how that's relevant. Laws are made to deal with those who break them.
  2. This is in Southwark presumably , are we supposed to recycle plastic bottles? What do they go in?
  3. I can't believe I've let myself be suckered in to this and I'm now actually watching this piano. ?87.53

  6. What's so bad about the White Stuff?
  7. We popped in Saturday for a planned one pinter waiting for Omrith to cook our tea and it was fine. As of now it is what it is - a newly refurbed slightly bland place trying to be something but which needs time to settle down. Probably worth persisting with I'd say.
  8. After last week's 'experience' at the Harvester we're working our way up the food chain - last Friday was El Passo's turn. I went there expecting moderate tequila, cold beer, and serviceable food and that's exactly what I got. Good stuff and good value. After reading the comments on here I was expecting it to be a but dead but Friday night it was fairly busy. Is it this thread proving all publicity is good publicity?
  9. I've always understood the brass studs to show the limit of the private property, taught to me as a biker.... to explain, park your motorbike within the studs and the traffic wardens can't give you a ticket. It's what I always used to do in central London anyway. NB - no responsibiity taken for any parking tickets incurred due to dodgy advice...

I was hoping for a more positive first post, but never mind... Recently moved in on Melford Road so the Harvester is almost literally at the end of my street, we though it would be a good idea to go there tonight for a bit of steak and chicken action. Sad to say whilst waiting for the bill my chicken decided it really wanted to make a dramatic bid for freedom and it wasn't taking no for an answer! So I now have opinions about both the food and the lavatory facilities.... Hello East Dulwich Forum - hope to bump into y'all soon.
