There's good and bad for just about any provider. We're on BT Broadband and getting an actual download of 16085Kbps as we speak, never had a gap in service. Telly through Sky and always been 100% unless it snowed on the dish.. You pays your money I guess.

I've stayed in these kind of hotels and LM's right, there's no one around. Sounds like the local manager is trying to sort a deal for everyone's benefit - I'd be more comfortable if it was me though to arrange to meet and get some kind of receipt. 99% job's a good 'un though.
