  1. Not sure where to put this, but fast forward to 4.30ish and then check out the crowd when the camera zooms out. Makes me smile anyway.

All the above will each address a small part of the populace, I'm still waiting for an alternative suggestion which you can be confident would reach virtually every household? Most people don't use libraries. Most people don't visit a website. Most people don't read local press. Everyone living in the area has a letterbox. (Sorry if a bit off topic)
  3. Maybe distribute song sheets with the lyrics then they won't have to hum?

  7. Sorry, can't help but think of Tour Of Duty.
  8. Two choices 1) Councillor makes himself accessible and doesn't respond to everything - results in stuff like this 2) S/He doesn't, and gets criticised for hiding. Interesting timing.
  9. May all your helicopters be black.
  10. One more go. Can you replace it with an un-snippable metal line with bolts/screws on each end? The objective is to just make them go "Ah, frak it, I'll get the next guy's.."
  11. My understanding is that they're liable if you can show they were made aware and didn't take action. Not sure how you'll do that retrospectively though.
  12. The house always puts me in mind of the 'Blink' Doctor Who!
  13. This was a problem on our road (Melford) a while back - the council stencilled notices on the pavement and put signs on the lamp posts which seemed to help. I guess the message is let them know.
  14. No effective punishment though, why's it suspended? Essentially they got away with it.

I trust he also keep the sex discrimination forms in the bottom drawer? (For the avoidance of doubt that bit is a joke)
  16. I reckon they're just calling the cat in. (It's opposite number 29 by the way)
  17. Stan Ogden.
  18. OK, I'm used to motorbikes and didn't realise the fuel line hung off the bottom. Could you hang a ten pound alarm off the line itself..?
  19. You can get a motion sensitive alarm designed for a pushbike for less than a tenner... http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_trkparms=65%253A12%257C66%253A2%257C39%253A6%257C72%253A2471&_nkw=bicycle+alarm&_dmd=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_vc=1
  20. Have any of the people stolen from fitted a simple alarm to their scooters? Three times in three weeks I think I would.
  21. It wasn't long ago some on here ended up accusing an innocent dog owner of some stuff and he ended up feeling he had to come on here to defend himself from the cyber-mob. Deja vu..
  22. Doesn't sound like scoping out a robbery to me.
  23. Rubbish rant. 3/10, and that's generous,
  24. Not checked my ticket yet but am now even more confident.
  25. For what? Banging on the inside of their own door?
