  1. Right Manager Wrong Owners This article sums it up perfectly for me. If you can be arsed to read it you might begin to understand how I feel rather basing your opinions on incorrect figures that are thrown about in the tabloid press, which everyone seems to take as gospel. SP - of the numbers you've quoted, whats your source? Please can you also tell me if all of the "47" he sold were his buys? Really wish I'd not bothered coming back on here as all you all do is piss me off. Seems to be most people's objectives within this thread.
  2. Well Motty is entitled to his opinion as are you.
  3. Had we not been so unfortunate with injuries this season and had our owners not bled the club dry of any profit made over the summer from the sale of players, I believe we would have been in the mix for the league. We have been royally fucked over by Gillett and Hicks and it will only get worse.
  4. Ha ha. Along with the supply of scarves and plastic flags. Infact, any such teams should be banned from Europe under UEFA guidlines.
  5. Am picturing ???? and MP with one of these: Whatever happened to proper football?
  6. Sounds like a plan. Will no doubt speak to you before then. Ta-rah x
  7. Ha ha Sharon. >:D< Cheers Shaz - fingers crossed for anything near a repeat of last season. Monday - have I forgotten something?
  8. We tend to get shouted down by some of our fans when we protest as they seem to be blinkered to our financial problems. I imagine that when Torres is sold to fund our debt they may well open their eyes. That said SOS has only been around for a couple of years, so to have as many members as we do, we are doing quite well.
  9. SOS have been in discussions with the FSF about joint protests with several clubs, but never with just United and Liverpool. One comment about Munich or Hillsborough and there would be carnage. We did a joint protest with Pompey the other night though, but it seemed to be missed in the press. Some pics here

And judging from Fergie's comments about Rafa today he has clearly bumped his head.
  11. I know the purists will hate me, but Guinness and Tia Maria/Kaluha is a belter hangover cure (and tastes great too)

  13. This is why women shouldn't be allowed to go to the match.

Chelsea at home. We lost at Stamford Bridge already.
  15. Hilarious - mocking someone who can't respond.
  16. Well in Pompey. Made up for you Ratty. Oh and Arsenal, win the league for me. ;-)
  17. Actually, I've just remembered I sort of had one once too. I was living at home with my Dad and he'd decided to move house but stay in the same town. The fella who was buying the house off him has been round a few times but I was rarely in. What night he came round and when he saw me was quite startled, grinned and then said "oh, I didn't realise you lived here". He was moving in with his wife and kids. I used to work part-time in a pub for some extra cash and he'd often turn up when I was working there. I sort of knew him (small town and everyone knew everyone in some shape or form) so was just polite. He'd say stuff about my old bedroom, which freaked me out a bit to honest. One night I was leaving work and got in my car in the car park and as I was about to the shut the door, a voice came out of the car next to mine "hello Anna!" Scared the life out of me! It was him waiting for me to finish work. Came out with all sorts of odd stuff about how he'd love to cut my hair. Drove home sharpish. I never felt threatened by him, but he was odd. As I have said before, if there is a village missing their idiot, he/she will find me.

  19. I've offered you one on the Kop for next season too - don't fancy that one in your United colours and a green and gold scarf?
  20. If you'd like to come to Anfield and do that on the Kop when we play United next season, the please let me know LM. ;-)
  21. Typical - I'm going to France next week. Reckon it's worth getting my Euros ASAP?

  23. Ooh! I forgot about the Pepe and Nando pics in here. Nice one!

You'd be very surprised how all these companies dealing with your medical information for the purposes of insurance are cacking themselves in case they fuck up on DPA. I can assure you that medical records are only accessed with express consent.
