  1. Ding ding. Round 3,652.
  2. Oh was out in the city near work. Sharon, I think we should meet for a beer soon. Will pm you. :)
  3. Sp you've surprised me. Has Barry actually signed? I've been in the pub all evening. If he has or does sign for city then as far as i'm concerned he's an arse. " I want to play in the champions league, bollocks, bollocks, waffle, waffle". In other words, I motivated by cold hard cash. I'd never give up Alonso for Barry so if this has happened he has done us a favour.
  4. I wouldn't leave that sentence like that if I were you Matthew. Although, that said Atila seems to be public enemy number 1 today, so you're probably okay. ;-)
  5. Keef, I think it just depends on how passionately you support your club and it's players. This is by no means saying anyone is more or a less of a fan. It's just people's take on it, I guess. I think the England set up is a joke and after how Carra was treated I really couldn't give a toss about Internationals. Finals such as the World Cup or Euros I'll watch but it just doesn't excite me. Of course I'd rather see England beat Spain, but no to the detriment of any of Liverpool's players.
  6. I'm definitely suffering with deja vu. Keef, please read my previous posts for an explanation to this one.
  7. To be fair to Atila, England weren't in the Euros this year.
  8. All I have to say about the matter: http://www.scousenotenglish.co.uk/communities/5/004/006/990/405/images/4525620441_pre.jpg Shame the Mancs have to imitate us in every way. ;-) <
  9. I was 8. Rave on you big ravers.
  10. Sandperson - the only time I will set foot in OT will be when Liverpool are playing and I'm stood with our lot. So sorry, but NO! (Pft, can't believe you even suggested it. ha ha) SimonM - It is under consideration.
  11. Not happy - just found out that the company I work for will probably be sponsoring the enemy. Bah!!!!
  12. Well for me, the lesser of two evils won. Ridiculous amount of plastic flags being displayed on merseyside and every shop had a blue window display. Brought a smile to my face when Guus collected the cup. Glad he's leaving Chelsea though, I actually quite like him. Bring back Maureen the panto villain.
  13. Would love to but will have to swerve it this time. 1st trip to my Mother's in 5 months - I am not a popular girl.
  14. To be taken with a hefty pinch of salt then. They usually use the scummy rag and other red tops for that section.
  15. A note of rememberance for those who lost their lives 24 years ago in Heysel. RIP.
  16. Ha ha. S'okay, wouldn't want to sit with a load of Mancunians anyway.
  17. Do you ever allow girls to these things? Don't worry, I'm not trying to invite myself I'm just curious. The first weekend for me of not having to travel somewhere for a match. I'm therefore off to my Mothers (am dragging her down the pub to watch the FA Cup though :)-D)
  18. I see no ships..... ;-) http://img.radio.cz/pictures/zabava/ruzove_brylex.jpg

  20. You should just let her go with it then. You know it makes sense. ;-) I have tried to influence my god daughter from a very young age. She had a lovely babygrown with tiny liver birds all over it. :)-D My puke story is horrendous, but still makes me laugh a little to myself.
  21. Good work - your father in law sounds great.
  22. Not ED specific and I may have told this story before, but it's one I'll never forget. I was about 17 and started seeing this fella. We went to visit his folks in Leicester and went out with his mates in the evening. Both of us were totally plastered and got in quite late having consumed ridiculous amounts of stella. He had a single bed in his room and it was downstairs. For some reason when his Mum went to bed she set the house alarm. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling a bit queasy and had to leg it to the bathroom. As I opened the bedroom door I set the house alarm off, so ran back in to the bedroom in an attempt to wake Jim. Was unsuccessful and following my exertions had to throw up. I grabbed the nearest receptacle and was sick - In to a half pint glass. At this stage I was in a bit of a quandary as I didn't really want to leave a half pint of puke in the bedroom all night, so decided that his Mum must have switched the alarm off and proceeded to head towards the bathroom. I opened the door and off went the alarm. Was straight back in to the room, glass down on the table and again tried to wake Jim. No luck, heard his Mum come down again to reset the alarm. At this stage I decided to resign myself to the fact that I'd have to deal with it in the morning. I went to move the glass from the table I left it on but it had gone. Turned out I'd missed the table and it had gone all over the floor. I gave up and got in to bed. Woke up about three hours later, to discover that Jim had done his usual and the bed was wet. I got out, found a spare quilt and slept on the floor (away from the sick). Jim woke up the next morning to find himself in a rather damp bed with a nasty hangover. When expressing his disgust with himself, I then decided to tell him.... "yeah, and you were sick!! For some reason we stayed together for a while, but I always dreaded visits to his parents.
  23. Tragic isn't it.
  24. Tevez wants to start every game and I don't see him getting that at Liverpool. Nowt to do with internal politics and such likes or even Rafa wanting a United player. I also think he's ridiculously overpriced and that money could be better spent.
