  1. Her God comments are worrying. Ties in with the Brexiter's mentality, all about believing in Brexit rather than actual facts...
  2. It has a phone number you can ring though...

He didn't need to say it, but I'm glad he did, it might finally wake up his apologists who support Remain who've been kidding themselves he had some long-term master plan leading to a People's Vote. He doesn't want one, he's a Brexiter, always has been, always will be. I hope everyone rests up and has a nice Christmas, because in the new year the shit is really going to hit the fan...:)
  4. Just leaving this here, courtesy of Santa Corbyn, delivered under the radar of the festive break. Perhaps Labour supporting Remainers will now finally wake up to what Corbyn has always wanted...https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/dec/22/remainers-condemn-jeremy-corbyn-pledge-to-push-on-with-brexit
  5. What have we go to worry about Brexit, we've survived worse, the sun will still shine. Cue total chaos and millions lost in business at one of the largest airports due to a glorified toy helicopter...

  7. They're just a bunch of 'Tommy wannabes', using same method of live-streaming their 'confrontations' for crowdfunding gullible alt-right loons. If Tommy can get a nice new house and flash car...

  9. Week 16 points... Week 16 table... Will maxxi hold on for the much coveted Christmas No. 1 spot?...
  10. Glad you like, as an alternative to using the eggs and then being left with 5 egg whites (which usually end up getting whisked into meringues) substitute with some whipped double cream and icing sugar to taste, and carefully fold into the mascarpone. Black cherries from a tin usually come in lots of juice, for a non-alcohol/caffeine version ideal for kids, use the juice to make a jelly set over over the sponge fingers instead of the coffee/alcohol mixture. I also decorate with cherries and chocolate shavings to give it more of a retro Black Forest Gateau look... ETA...add some cherries to the jelly mixture, and make the night before to give it time to set properly

  16. JohnL Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > She'll come back to the commons sometime before > January 21st unless she can wheedle out of it. There's uncertainty whether this date is a political or legal deadline, if it's not the latter, then May could stall it again to get closer to the March exit date, which is a legal deadline, thus giving her leverage to force through her deal at the last minute under the threat of no deal...https://twitter.com/IanDunt/status/1073169547753127937
  17. Are you trying to find out the cost of a single/return trip to and from these stations?...
  18. Waiting for Predict Addict to update the Everton score/points...
  19. So much for recent platitudes about reaching out to Remainers. I'm not sure it makes much difference whether she stays or goes, the bottom line is there's a WA that isn't going to pass thru Parly or be renegotiated on. One way or the other, the road she has been consistently kicking the can down, will run out...
  20. Good to see the Maybot maxing-out her Freedom of Movement rights before she removes them...
  21. Not according to legal whiz DAG... By confirming that (1) unilateral revocation continues with any extension, (2) right ends when WA concluded, and (3) if revoked UK membership of EU continues as before... ....this could not be a more helpful judgment for Remainers.
  22. There will be three Government oral statements in the @HouseofCommons today: 1 - Theresa May: Exiting the EU 2 - Andrea Leadsom: Business Statement 3 - Stephen Barclay: EU Exit - Article 50 No. 3 could be the biggie, despite the ECJ today ruling that A50 can be unilaterally revoked, Gov more likely to ask to extend A50 to avoid crashing out with no deal. If it's for that, then based on past statements, EU unlikely to allow extension unless there is a very good reason, i.e. a GE or another referendum, not for more negotiating time...
