Nice to walk passed Blue Brick Cafe on Saturday. But a man with a dog had to make a point and put a s/steel bowl with water in the middle of the pavement to make a roundabout and the dog was asleep under the chair. As for Smooch. Hope you was in the road, as its against the law to cycle on the pavement

My last reply to some on this Tread. Have a nice meal at the Blue Brick Cafe. Stick your feet out, put your bike up by the edge of the pavement, leave you pushchair sticking out and watch pedestrians cross the road. It just shows what society has got to, self self self. Too many scooters around Lordship lane waiting to deliver food. Possible to do with delivery area's

A note to redjam annd Newwave would you say that if any one was knocked down, and would you say that again if you were to see older couples waiting to get past. The other reason i had to air my concern is I walk that way many a time and customers will not move chair or legs to till they are ask , sooner or later there will be a fight if the wrong person comes a long (hopping it never happens . It started with tables outside with a tables for two and now four or six. And waiting till May 16th will not change it but just get worst.

May just say some of the customers that use this for lunch and various meals are very rude. The seating outside the cafe is intruding onto the pavement so pedestrians have to walk in the road or cross the road. I witnessed a elderly couple having to wait so that a dog and chairs had to be moved to let them by. Over the last 4 years it has got worst and now started again. I notified the Council if they could look into this, as a drink or meal outside but not at the expense of pedestrians being in danger. also think of pram and wheelchairs.

you only have to look down Lordship Lane Motorcycle's ever where even waiting outside Supermarkets. before lockdown even outside eating places for delivery, not just one bike but loads and evenings even worst. You might be happy getting your meals delivered (not me)when everyone is being careful just think of delivery item it not as if you can spray your dinner

it needs to be address or these motorcycle's could be carrying Covid from door to door. I hate to think

Has any one thought of click and collect delivery to you home by courier (motorcycle) These motorcycle's are used for there own personal use as well as collection of food. Going into petrol stations and parking at there home address. Are the boxes cleaned out ??? Some do 20 or more delivery's a day all in the same box and taken out of box with gloves they have been wearing day in day out. If any one is worried on catching COVID please please think about these delivery's when touching the packaging and thinking what has been in motorcycle boxes and of course this is not only Dulwich but all over London. Maybe the Government and Mayor needs to look into and test these couriers

Going back to postage stamps being used again

NXJEN & LYNNE Your reply's is how I see it. They took on cheap parcel postage and the staff that would do the post is delivering these item's at the expense of the normal post box service

Sue. Where did house to house come into your message, when it was posted And again 1st class should not take 13 days in any postage service. You misunderstood the postage how the customer see it and what they pay for No caps in this one..

As my message on 22rd December. we have 4 small streets beside each other Heber,Rodwell,Pellatt,Wheatley (ex Dulwich post sorting office)The postman parked his van and took post out to do two of these roads and when i ask if he was doing my road he put his bag in the back and drove off. post wasn't delivered for a few days later. Nothing in post offices to say there will be big delays in delivery of post, and still sold 1st class stamps to deliver 10 days later. It seems East Dulwich has been hit the worst because sorting office was closed down, but that was 2 years ago As my mum would say, a card means more then any present you get because the words inside BUT NO POSTTO READ THEM

Hi Sue As to your message. First you write a card out, put a stamp on it (first class) walk to the post box, collected by the postman, goes to the sorting office sorted and then posted by the postman. There was nothing said about door to door. ITS CALLED A SERVICE. 13 DAYS TO ARRIVE (disgusting) CAN YOU SEE HOW IT WORKS

Hi Is this a record _________ Received letter today , post mark 17th December 2020. This letter has taken 13 days to be delivered from Oglander Road, se22 to Heber Road se22, not even one mile. COME ON IS THIS A JOKE

Maybe someone should look at lighting in the streets. Over hanging trees that need cutting with lights covered by most of these tree's. Cycles that don't have lights this I see on every trip, People walking along with mobiles stuck to there ears and to engrossed in conversation walk into the road hence accident. So please don't keep going on about it being all cars are the problem look at the third party and educate them

Sunday 20th Dec Postman delivering to Rodwell and Heber Road, I see him on the way out delivering in Rodwell. On the way back 45 minutes later he was in Heber so it was not parcels As I was passing I ask him if he was going Pellatt, Wheatley Road his answer was No. On this he put the post bag in his van and drove away. If you do Rodwell and Heber roads, would you not do two roads in line with with these. seems bad Mangerment to me. No POST AGAIN MONDAY TUESDAY

Hi Everyone first post delivered after a week, 20 altogether. Maybe we will get some next week before Christmas

3 Christmas cards last Monday, Its a disgrace When we people pay for a service and don't get it. Sent 10 earing aid battery's to brother in Kent Thursday 10th and has still not arrived and this was posted in Lordship lane with 3 first class stamps so it would get it in two days. it has been 10 days and still not arrived
