I signed up for the bike buddy scheme recently but the person I was paired with doesn't seem available for cycling anytime soon so if anyone wants to go out cycling locally, please feel free to message. I am a female cyclist in my 40s. -

Join me for a daytime Kimchi Fermentation workshop in East Dulwich on Friday 9 October at 1pm. https://kimchi-east-dulwich.eventbrite.co.uk Early Bird tickets now on sale. Maximum group size = 6 participants. Join me for a kimchi workshop on Friday 9 October at 1pm where you'll make a 500ml jar of kimchi to take home and ferment. The recipe I use is vegan. Everything you need is provided. No experience of fermentation is required. I'll teach you everything you need to know and your kimchi will be ready to eat within a week of the workshop. Delicious! Please bring a face mask. Kimchi is a spicy Korean condiment made from fermented cabbage. As well as being delicious, it has lots of brilliant gut health boosting properties. I'll give you lots of recipe ideas on how to eat kimchi.
