  2. Just ring any number if they in his contacts they must know him.
  3. I totally agree with you. I dont buy my meat from any supermarket anymore, after many years of tasteless and tough meatI now always buy from local butchers, its even worth paying the little extra for quality and knowing you wont be disapointed.Im on quite a tight budget but will always stretch the pennies to get decent food, without being ripped off.
  4. I only have to buy for one ...a couple of sausages .ditto bacon .a rib eye steak , chicken breast, lamb something or other and maybe some mince oh and their delicious ham..not dear.. all for under ?15 ,then off to Zenoria street to the new greengrocers ..fruit and veg ..bout ?8 thats me sorted for the week .!Apart from the wine that is !
  5. Yeah I remember how long they use to take to open, youd end up with a mouthful of soggy paper and a freezing mouth but worth it !
  6. Sorry just been to inspect lamb steaks and I think they do have mint in them.
  7. No not mint but garlic, peppers and whatever else makes them so delicious. They only need grilling for a short time and just melt in your mouth.,Yummy .!
  8. Depends where you run . I find running somewhere pleasant like the park is so much better than just round the roads or the perimeters of the parks or commons, but then I enjoy the great outdoors ,doing yoga or similar exercise indoors would bore me rigid.
  9. Ifind them very reasonable . Today I bought ... 1 ribeye steak 2 large marinated lamb steaks ( which I cut into 4 portions )they are delicious. 2 large chicken breasts 6 large organic eggs ?12 !
  10. Search ..Sly and Reggie and youll see !
  11. I think you can still get them.
  12. Yes the top that was off was on the other wall of the bridge this one has had most of the wall knocked down ,certainly not wear and tear.Must have happened Sunday night cos we found it like it early Mon morning and strangely the gates were all open at 6am , seemed to me they hadnt been locked Sunday night !
  13. If I was Andystar I would just open the parcels as there might be the correct address or a phone number inside or at least the senders details.
  14. The bridge has been out of action all week cos some moron decided it would be good to knock the walls down into the water .The same has happened to the other bridge on the pathway to the main gate If I got hold of them....!!!(6) I think the goslings are the 3 from the orignal 6 ,havent seen any new ones yet and I'm over there every day.Hope there will be some more they are so cute.

  18. Ive used this place over the last month and have had great stuff. The guy is really nice an ex covent garden market greengrocer. He explained that although some of the produce was not form here he was bringing in the home grown stuff as an when it comes into season. I hope he makes a go of it and is in the process of setting up a website. I also liked the self service and came away with bags of good and reasonably priced produce. He certainly can count on my custom .its just a pity hes a bit hidden away so lets give him some support.
