Sorry Sue about the misspelling.but yes its definitely a cormorant, he was still there this morning flapping his wings to dry them after diving under the water for food.

  5. There is also one in the Sexby gardens. Has anyone seen the Courmont on the lake ? He was on the island this morning with his wings outstretched looked like the Angel of the North.
  6. This is a difficult one as any lights on this junction will hold up traffic ,including buses, turning into East Dulwich Grove and will cause more congestion back to the Goose Green roundabout.

  8. Theres no reason why they cant open at 7 they did last year and the staff are there at 7 and sometimes earlier (thats at Peckham Rye park but southwark just the same )

  13. Officially they dont open till 8 .We have the same problem with Peckham Rye park but we can find a way in. I dont think thats so easy at Dulwich . I would opt for running around the Rye there are quite a few runners around at that time , thats if you can get to it easily enough.

  16. They were there this morning swimming with their mum, saw them for the first time yesterday so only a few days old .I do go over every morning so Im doing my own nature watch ! They must have been having a rest when you were there..

  19. Still happening in Somerfields.I wanted some mayo and found the Hellmanns mayo on offer at ?1.05 instead of ?2.80. I even double checked with a staff member that it was right,cos it seemed such a big saving. Surprise surprise I got charged ?2.08 ,dont know where that figure came from !
