Hello and happy "sunny" afternoon :) We are selling our flat in Camberwell - but now living in Hertfordshire and need to clear the flat on Sunday 14th June or Monday 15th June - but need a reliable recommnedation as we are bound by these dates and also do not live nearby! Its a two bed flat over two floors - with one double bed, two large wardrobes, two chest of drawers, table and four chairs (all ikea), one 4 seat sofa and one 3 seat sofa, tv sideboard(also ikea) and washing Machine. Please do let me know of anyone you have used. Thank you

Baby paps going through same thing at the moment so thanks all for the advice!! His been being sick since Sunday but doc said to keep going with milk so will try water/pur?e route. Really helpful post :))

My 7 month old seems to have got it for the second time!! Anyone else had any experience with a baby having it? Baby paps is vomiting after every bottle milk or diarolyte but doc says I need to keep on with the milk!! Any advice grateful!!

I'm so very jealous as not due until the 15th May and feel huge!! Via Home birth. Also had a bit of a moment today as although I have a 15 month old I haven't done much reading/prep and worried about having a new born at home!! I suppose it will all come back to me!! Feel terrible as settling sessions at Nursery went well, but today was baby paps first day and he was very unhappy all day cried lots and didn't eat - I feel terrible and he was so very upset :(( Any advice from anyone as to dos and donts etc. Baby Paps going to nursery one day a week partly due to Baby Paps 2 coming along in May and partly due to us wanting him to get used to an environment away from home/family as I work three days a week but my Mum and other half have covered those days since returning to work in September. Thanks

We have stairs leading up to our front door so needed a light weight buggy we went for the micra lite: http://www.micralite.com/ They sale them in Soup Dragon so you can go in and look at but we found ours cheaper online.

oh so wish I could make it on Friday as not been able to make it to the drinks and starting to feel so tired at the end of the day especially as my 14 month old has decided he wants to walk everywhere! Will keep my eye out on the thread for another day time get together. I'm due on the 15th May and will start maternity leave from 6th April, and from next week will be working Mon, Tues and Wed - so could do any future Friday meet ups. J

Me too - sorry couldn't make Friday as my little one has not been well. But would love to meet up next time. I'm due on the 15th May and will have a 16.5 month gap between the two of them!!

...fancy meeting up? We are having our second baby (16.5 month gap!!!!)due on 15th May and not sure its worth doing a re-fresher NCT course but going to definetly miss the support network once the baby is born that comes with NCT!

Think they have given it a different name - my favourite nursery (but runs from a business point of view as sure and firm) Its now open - but still only has a few children.

Can anyone advise me as to if there are any playgroups in the area eg the old fashioned type that you can take and leave for a couple of hours or mornings or afternoons? Would really appreciate any advice you can give. Looking from when my little one is 1/1.5 onwards.

My mum will also be doing a two day week for us starting in a couple of weeks times for our nearly 7 month old :)) she will be here looking after baby paps on a Thurs and Fri - anyone fancy trying to establish a first meet up for them and then letting them sort it out from there??????

Noticed that there is a banner up advertising a new nursery to open soon on the former site of Bojangles. Has anyone called through to enquire?? If so care to share the info??

I have been walking and retracing my steps from today as my baby's health visitor book (red plastic cover A5 size) slipped out from under the buggy. I walked through Rye Park up Stuart Road to Nunhead Cemetery and back the same way around the Gardens to the surgery. Has anyone seen it or picked it up wondering whose it is??? Feel really sad that I have lost it :((
