Saga continues. I received a card about a letter with no stamps on it. I was in at the time I went to the sorting office and said that they didn't even try to deliver it. They replied that they "weren't able to deliver". It seems that the card is written in sorting office on the assumption that I won't be in. Is this really their policy. Who do we complain to.
