Very sad.

Or Carsley assumed N'Gog was going to pull the ball back and dived in to block. N'Gog read his intention and dived over him.
  8. Agree about Johnson - Ridgewell was auditioning badly for Billy Smarts. And Kuyt was anonymous.
  9. Or are you advocating shooting the opposition. And who are you going to start with.
  10. Matt, Very honest of you to admit about the dive. Obviously gutted that you got the draw that way but given the possession and chances, I can't complain. Roger Johnson and Scott Dann were tremendous at the heart of defence. Given your overall dominance, Hart still didn't have to make many saves. And did anyone take my advice on the 4/1 for the draw (I'm too superstitious to bet on my own team). Run of games now against Fulham, Wolves, Wigan, West Ham and Blackburn - could go a long way towards safety in those five games.
  11. Bugger me. 4-4-2- away from home. What's Big Eck playing at. Right, down the pub...

I'll be honest, I can't remember who scored. Seem to be forgetting too much recently as it's only 4 draws in the past 6 league fixtures - we won both games that season - apologies. Hope you weren't referring to the 7-0 when you say Rafa should treat it like a Cup match.
  15. If you like a bet, the draw at 4/1 looks good. Blues are no pushovers, have a conceded less goals than Liverpool (Johnson has been superb at the heart of defence) and will undoubtedly set out a defensive 4-5-1 with Carsley replacing Ferguson. Five of the last six league fixtures have been draws (from memory) and Rafa has never beaten Birmingham in the Premiership. Now back to reality.
  16. Yeah, saw that dodgy rumour. Agents hear that you've got a bit of spare cash and they're round you like flies on whatever. Have also been linked with Kris Boyd for fifteenth time since January and that won't happen either.
  17. We now have a board of directors full of enthusiasm. So much so that Vico Hui, our vice-chairman, was seen at a fans forum standing on a chair downing pints of Stella and singing Keep Right On. Beat that.

Yo La Tengo tend to opt for the more laid back and low profile approach (saw them live at Somerset House a few years back - superb and plenty of feedback - have ticket for Roundhouse next month).
