Surely a bit saucy and a pot of sauce are opposites? The former may enhance the food you are eating but the latter would surely ruin a good meal? I take it yogurt comes into it when eating Indian? How any of this relates to Ladymuck is beyond me. Has she cooked for you? I need English lessons methinks.
