I occasionally see Don Letts DJ out- usually as a gig warm up, and he never seems to play anything you wouldn't expect him to. I don't have a great Reggae knowledge but he always seems to play tunes I recognise and ALWAYS plays a few Clash songs (excpected, i know).

Thinking about it, 6music seems quite under-represented when it comes to Reggae. Cerys and some of those others i mentioned (Coe, Robinson, Ravenscroft, Huey) occasionally play a tune or two, but surely there's scope for a late night show dedicated to reggae once a week.

This is spot on. Lauren Laverne's voice grates with me for some reason... like she's always got a blocked nose. And she tries a bit too hard at times. Tom Robinson is brilliant. John Cooper Clarke sounds like Saville which puts me off a bit.

    • I just want to echo my recommendation for Trelco. James was really quick to respond to our request and Andy did an amazing job at connecting our sink/tap and dishwasher. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the area. Thanks James and Andy!

    • I don't think they depended on passing trade. I think they mainly provided clothes for theatre productions etc.  Sorry to hear they've closed.
    • The queue there today and yesterday afternoon stretched half way down the stairs. Much patience required!
