sophiechristophy
Katie Appleton's class at The Light Studio by Victoria station is AMAZING:http://www.lightcentrebelgravia.co.uk/yoga/Katy_Appleton/katy_appleton.htmlI tried two more local classes first before I started Katie's, and I absolutely LOVE hers. If you want any more info about it, just PM me.Sophie x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10220-pregnancy-yoga/#findComment-302105 Share on other sites
echo
I've just started going to the Sitaram pregnancy yoga at Kings Hospital on Saturday's. It is a bit of a tight squeeze at times in the room, but very relaxing and not to far to travel.Don't be put off by their complicated online booking. You have to registar and have a password etc. I bought a trail lesson, before committing to a package.www.sitaram.org/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10220-pregnancy-yoga/#findComment-302137 Share on other sites
verds
The one above the health food shop on Lordship Lane is good. Francine used to do it on a Mon am and Weds. I started going at 30 weeks and her breathing techniques brought me from unfit to well hard in terms of labour pain management. Miraculous. linzkg
I second Verds - mind you Francine made the class for me but I'm not sure she's still taking the classes - but you definitely come out feeling as if you've done something. lorraineliyanage
Laura has taken over Francine's yoga classes, although Francine is back from maternity leave, so she should be starting up the yoga classes again. They definitely are great for preparing you for the marathon of labour! Her mum and baby yoga classes are fab too Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10220-pregnancy-yoga/#findComment-302407 Share on other sites
