Leggings for girls

Sorry for the boring topic, but can anyone recommend any shop which stocks leggings which come up small.

I have a 9 year old daughter who is very slim but needs to wear age 9 for the length as she has quite long legs.

Next leggings are huge as are sainsburys and Debenhams I don't mind paying a bit extra as long as they fit nicely there is nothing worse than baggy leggings!

I know for up to age 4 both Gap and Zara come up small.

Sorry, just re-read, they may also be short. Another one is American Apparel for kids. They have a good sale on online. All those three (Kids Gap, kids Zara and AA with kids clothes) are close together in covent garden if you'd like to see what they have.

John Lewis leggings were the only ones that would stay up on my very slim daughter.
