Nanny pay - advice needed

What is the going rate currently for a nanny per hour (either net or gross)?

looking to increase our nanny's pay but want to keep within market averages.

I found in the area, the rate is around 60 net/day. Comes out to about 90/day with taxes.

This all depends if the nanny is live-in or live-out; does she have 30 days holiday a year ; do you pay her some priveleges? Or is it a few hours a day nanny?

Our nanny is live out, works 3 days a week, 11 hours a day and has been with us for 18 months already. She gets the full annual leave entitlement pro rated for 3 days a week. No other priveledges.
