Rosetta
Sainsburys ED does it, it's on the top shelf, down from the crumpets. Also, Waitrose and Selfridges. Jewish Bakeries, like Grodzinski, and all, the bakers on Golders Green Rd. Also, the bagel bakery in Spitalfields. fizzmoll
You should check Gails (http://gailsbread.co.uk/) in dulwich village - I used to live on top of a place called Baker and Space in Queens Park, which used to be run by the same Gail that is now the owner of Gails. They had the best Challah I have ever eaten and that bakery was not only was a bad-ass bread making place but also had a strong jewish connection. I know they also have it in the bread stall up in the horniman farmer's market. apenn
Blackbird only does one or two so they go quickly. The Sains ones aren't too bad. -A Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/103471-challah-bread-where-to-buy/#findComment-995240 Share on other sites
titch juicy
as you asked for London recommendations. Brick Lane Beigel Bake. Be surprised if you got it better or cheaper anywhere. And while you're there have one of their legendary Salt Beef Bagels.
