Pre and Post Natal Training by Personal Trainer Gokay

Hi everyone,

Looking for an experienced pre and post natal trainer can be tricky. Pregnant women are encouraged to participate in regular, moderate-intensity physical activity and I am experienced and careful to work safely and effectively with you during this period.?

Maintaining a physically active lifestyle is a great way for women to support a healthy pregnancy and for them to return to a normal healthy lifestyle after delivery.?

Returning to physical activity after pregnancy also has benefits and is associated with decreased incidence of post natal depression. Although some recovery time to regain strength is required, I work ?slowly with you to increase physical activity as a means of relaxation, personal time and regaining a sense of control.

I can strongly recommend Gokay as the best personal tainer I've had! I trained with him after having my first child and having to get back into shape. His sessions built up gradually meaning I felt really safe in starting to do exercise again after pregnancy and delivery. GOkay was very responsible in the way he built my training sessions and ensuring I achieved my fitness goals. I now feel as fit as I did before pregnancy! Also his sessions have been a great way to find some time of my own after taking care of my baby. I really look forward to saturay mornings in the park! Anyone considering training pre or post natal should join Gokay's sessions.

    • I don't know how it works now but my late parents had little money when they were retired (just state pension and they rented their flat) and they used to take their cat to the Blue Cross (In Victoria if I remember correctly) where treatment was free for those who could'nt afford a private vet. I sincerely hope similar is available still because for many elderly their pet is their main source of comfort and company.

If you just say , “no, I think it’s x” they start again and get to an agreeable number, or find a calculator. I don’t think it’s a malicious attempt to swindle people. Just not great arithmetic.
    • There are excellent charities like the Greenwich Wildlife Network who will help if you report any concerns with local wildlife. Foxes are wonderful creatures who had been forced into our town and cities and are just doing their best to survive, we should take care of them when we can.
    • Like I thought… prob like that for most of the day.. especially after people had walked their dogs, with friends, relatives  kids…
