Marmite-love
Help!Does anyone know anything about this? I don't know the first thing about local Irish dance classes but my daughter is ridiculously obsessed with watching The Riverdance, Lord of the Dance and any general Irish dancing so I would like to enquire about any local classes to get her gently started.Any pointers? Thanks. edanna
I don't have any experience of it but you could try Deborah Whelan's classes. http://www.deborahwhelandance.com/#!classes/cuy0 You may get a better response in the Family Room. hazelnunhead
My daughter does Irish dance with the Hopkins Dance Academy, run by a wonderful teacher SARAH. There are classes on a Monday night (east dulwich) and Wednesday (herne hill). If you would like her contact details let me know and I can PM you. Sarah has a facebook page under Hopkins Dance Academy. Maple
Deborah's classes are great. She teaches little ones right through to older girls at competition level. We did Saturday mornings at Dog Kennel Hill and only stopped when my daughter went off to uni.
