I used two different tens machines for each labour. One was a Mama Tens, can't remember what the other one was, but they both worked in very similar ways and did a good job.

Rather than rent one, I found it cheaper to buy one on the EDF and then resell after you've used it. You can usually pick one up for about ?10-?15 and then you buy new pads on Amazon (about ?8) and poss new batteries (just to be on the safe side).

The best advice I received was to attach the tens machine as soon as the contractions start.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

    • I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.
    • I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
