I spoke to a good friend of mine down at southwark, who states Foxtons are def up with the community backlash against them and will upsticks this summer. The lease to the shop has now gone to the same guys who own vauxhall city farm, who will be turning the shop into an organic indoor farmers market, complete with kids petting zoo out the back. The llama cheese is devine apparently. Great news for Dulwich I say.

The same source told me Foxtons are moving into Iceland and sharing it with Waitrose and M&S Food is moving into Foxton's.

But it was all a dull wind up.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
