help tomorrow moving some heavy items

Hi,

Is anyone available to help me tomorrow to move some heavy items please? I need to move my digital piano from the bedroom on the first floor, down one flight of stairs to the sitting room. I also need to move parts of an iron bed from an outside shed into the house and up one flight of stairs and I need to move some boxed up items from one room to another (on the same floor) - these are quite heavy - wardrobe glass doors and mirrors. Ideally I need two people who can do this heavy lifting for me - it would probably take about an hour. I would pay ?30 if that sounds reasonable? I'm based just off lordship lane.

Please message me if you're able to help.

Many thanks.

I need similar help on Tuesday evening lifting a small shed/store box from one end of the garden to another. It would need two people and will take less than 15 mins. Happy to pay ?30 as well. Im based in Honor Oak.

    • There  is a dance fit class at Harris girls on a Monday evening 630 pm which I have been going to for years . It is an inclusive class  with a wide range of ages.    The  teacher is Fi and she is amazing and  the classes are lots of fun.   look on the web justdanceuk .com. There are other dance classes  (flowetic )that Fi and the lovely Lizzie runs  at Harris girls too . They also have an event next week which is a bit further- near Penge  which is a day of dance to include  just dance fit, dancehall, line dancing, garage fit and flowetic . Which is also available to book on that website  ( look at the events section) .
    • that’s just been misused first by Faraz and then Starmer. It’s evocative and negative.  But it’s flooding the news today.
    • I didn't realise that either! I thought it just meant division within communities - religious, racial or otherwise.  Yes, it is frightening. The days of the broad church political party are over.
    • So I've done a little more research into the current use of the word, I hadn't realised it had latterly been used to describe anti Muslim feelings. Still don't like the use of the word. These are horrible times and am fearful for the future.
