Sweet Tobacco - of course and in stock.

Texans - were relaunched briefly last year but have now gorn again.

Just got back from Sainsburys...sorry Cate, they are definitely not the same...too hard and the taste is not to my liking, though cheaper at 98p for 150g.


Mick Mac...Sainsburys Basics range do Midget Gems at 28p for 150g (yep you heard)...you could do worse than to give them a go.

Yes, I am able to relate to that...it's the same for me and the liquorice toffees...but you could at least TRY them even though you are 99% sure that the experience will entail disappointment. I bought a bag of liquorice toffees in Sains. today - had one, put the rest aside. But, I know full well that at about 3.00 in the morning when I am desperate for something sweet and chewy that they will be scoffed in no time - inferior or not. And then I shall feel sick!

Black Jacks and liquorice toffees to chew

Mint balls and gems and gobstoppers too

      The Sky article says the manager has apologised. Apparently, according to the article the person who said they'd apply on Rachel and her husband behalf left and didn't hand the job on.       I'm utterly baffled as to why anybody thinks this is newsworthy, let alone worth a front page. The economy has barely grown for 20 years and the housing crisis has been worsening for a similar time period. Note to any journalists on the forum: maybe focus your headlines on important issues.

But the two wrongs could at least be of equal value before we get too judgey    paying an estate agent to deal with all of the admin on my to have the estate agent not point out all of the admin  vs Deliberately hacking into an MPs email. And boasting about it (Badenoch)    as for throwing a local estate agent under the bus, when did local estate agents become the good guys?   doesn’t sound like estate agents are being thrown under a bus - they are fessing up.
