I would 100% recommend AFE Plumbing. Aria is super friendly and efficient - very prompt and did a great job. The price seemed very reasonable compared to other quotes I had previously received. I will definetely use him again.

I saw the many positive reviews for Aria and AFE Plumbing on the EDF. I called Aria in the morning about replacing my kitchen taps and he was able to fit me in that afternoon. He notified me when he was on his way to me. He did a nice clean professional job with which I was totally happy with. I will definitely use Aria and AFE Plumbing again.

Another recommendation for Aria. He fixed a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink quickly and efficiently, even going to buy a part and returning to fit it straight away. Aria is very responsive and great at communicating, whether that’s explaining the problem or being clear and upfront about likely costs. I’d definitely recommend using his company (AFE Plumbing) anytime

I would definitely recommend Aria who came out to help us with an outdoor tap install and gave us some advice on another issue. It's hard to find a trustworthy plumber so to have found someone local who we can trust is very reassuring. Will be using Aria again in the future for sure.

I highly recommend Aria and his team. He was super knowledgeable, efficient and fast. He was able to identify the cause of our bathroom leak, explain the problem in plain language and propose multiple solutions. It was great that he worked with us to fix the issue with minimal damage to our bathroom!! Thank you!

Great service from AFE plumbers - I've used Aria and his team twice now and they are efficient, on time, thorough, always do a little bit extra and really patiently explain what they're doing. Nothing is too much trouble! Polite and friendly

Highly recommend Aria! We had some difficulties with our water connection that required Thames water come by before Aria could start his work and he helped us push this along. Above and beyond what my experience has been with other plumbers!

Aria and his team provided excellent value for their plumbing services. With clear communication, good installation of a vanity unit, replacement of radiator valves, and the added benefit of removing all rubbish, Aria's affordability makes him a standout choice. Additionally, he was very responsive (WhatsApp), personable, and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend for both quality and value.

Yes, another recommendation here for the reliable and personable plumber, Aria. Booked to deal with an emergency he was flexible and communicative with time and appointments as the job became larger on assessment. Always courteous, he is our first choice.

    • Really don’t  know why people don’t sell their property by them selves…or at least start that way… not difficult if a freehold house, might be  more complicated if leasehold flat but with a good solicitor doing his work, should be fine. With many people using internet, plenty of people put  looking and numerous  other ways to reach target audience. Was a relocation agent for  years both in sales and letting through London and home  counties.. ie acquiring properties for individuals. Same goes for rental/ letting agents.. tenancy agreements are standard, totally agree that various laws governing terms  are updated but nowadays the majority of estate agents in letting and I assume sales  belong to a recognised body so really one can let oneself. Tenancies are free on line or can be purchased for a nominal sum. What do they do for their commission in both instances? Introduce tenant or buyer, in theory check out references and produce a tenancy agreement, agree amendments, sign by both parties, collect deposit and rent. Organise inventory check in and that is it. And then if you decide to pay them for management of property an additional fee in the hope that they will use approve contractors for all repairs in a suitable time frame for tenant. Was a post earlier or towards last year not sure on here or Facebook covering this point and lack of management from agent for months. I hasten to add that not all sales or rental agents behave in this manner but certainly some in good old ED. was definitely a posting about a well known agent in the village who was “slow” concerning the above. From memory, change if staff and just got buried…in my book totally unacceptable excuse. That is why they have managers in each estate agent to overseas and stay abreast of sales and lettings. Can’t pass the buck…and most companies irrespective of type of industry have a leaving policy and hand over policy produced normally by HR..Same could be said for consultants in  new build sales but normally they are  responsible and accountable from start to finish ie monitoring sale  the whole way, have to produce weekly reports to head office  plus  follow up on all enquiries. Been their as well over my career.
