Ive had silk for years and its so good for that naked sleep soooo nice, go for it.

Wrong guess. I have - didn't much care for it - too slippy and not comfortable enough. Good quality white linen (the sort you get in a nice hotel) is my preference - crisp, but soft, comfortable, neither hot nor cold - worth spending extra money on, I think - after all you spend an awful lot of time next to your bed linen.
