Wedding dresses locally

Recommended Posts

Can anyone help me with this subject matter?

Tea-length wedding dresses:

My lovely cousin is coming over from the USA soon and wanting to do some wedding dress shopping here with me. She is getting married in London at xmas so she wants the dress from here.

This is a subject I know very little about but here's what I can tell you so far:

1) very small budget. Will consider second hand.

2) Tea length style but not necessarily vintage. (she's going to tea length not because she 's 50's mad but because she doesn't want a long dress to carry back to the USA...yep!)

3) flattering and pretty; nothing too simple or modern.

Where on earth do I start and do I have schlep all the way up to London where it's likely unaffordable anyway?

I have called Orange Blosson (the one wedding dress shop that I am aware of here) but they don't do tea length wedding dresses.

Thank you!! :-)

ps some pictures to sort of, a little bit get the idea

    • As a former Pug owner I get really upset and angry when I see owners of brachycephalic breeds (all bull dog breeds, pugs etc) taking them out in hot sun..Those breeds should be walked very early in the morning and at dusk ideally or if they need a pee just pop out for a moment or two..do NOT drag the dog around panting like a fur accessory. I REALLY want to 'have a word' with the owners but when i once did that a couple of years ago (frenchie pup being dragged along panting in the heat kept trying to lie down in obvious distress) its female owner told me to f-off and mind my own buisness so now I avoid the aggro.
