Rapunzul
I know it's an unusual complaint, but in the last two weeks my train has twice left 2+ minutes early from Tulse Hill and East Dulwich and I and others have missed our connection. Also the train I was alighting at ED yesterday was also early. The early departure of the Southern Train at 6.08pm (should have been 6.10pm) left a family, who had already used their oyster card to touch in, waiting, when they should have had plenty of time to catch their train. I've sent an e-mail to southern, can I encourage others that have had a similar experience to do the same? lpool
Trains departing early seems to happen all too often from ED station. In theory they can close doors early to depart on time, but do have a habit of being a bit too quick off the mark. You could direct emails to Kai Hills at Southern Railways as he is responsible for the way the franchise is run.
