Dear Lady Annasfield, as I said in a previous posting we are all entitled to our opinions. If we don't see eye to eye, .....well hey....life's like that. It'd be pretty boring if all thought the same, liked the same things, and so on. What goes around comes around. It'll be my turn to take the piss out of others just in the same way I've had the piss taken out of me this time 'round. Things like that make life fun. :)

I'm merely asking you a question. Are you so sensitive? A simple yes or no will do. :)

Yes we are currently second in the league. And spuds are....................13th. Is that the highest position you've reached this season? ;-)

Why Anna..I'd be there like a shot! If I had any interest in football at all.. which I don't. To be honest I'd rather iron my own penis. (Than watch football, I mean - I'm sure an evening round yours would be just super)

No - I'm 'sourcing' for some friends who want to watch the match before coming round to mine.

    • It was a reactionary post and inappropriate when talking about a real case and a real person who was harmed.  London streets are generally pretty safe.  Sadly violent crime happens from time to time, as it always has.
    • Do tell, CPR Dave, what the spiteful jealous stuff is - I'm intrigued.  Agree - Burnham is a top class communicator (polar opposite of Starmer) he'd do a great job of uniting the party. I still think Wes Streeting has the edge, though I'm sure he has more enemies as well.
    • This is a huge part of the problem.   Starmer is only interested in himself, not in what is best for our country.    There's a litany of stuff he's done for spiteful jealous personal reasons which has damaged the nation enormously. Burnham would be a much better leader than of the other dross left behind when Starmer goes. To inflict a worse leader (and PM) upon us for his own selfish reasons would add to the problems and be entirely in keeping with his woeful premiership so far.
    • I heard today there was a burglary in Lacon Road yesterday evening between 20.00 - 22.00,  apparently the owners were home at the time & thieves got away with electrical items along with the owners car!  Wtf!   Anyone heard anything else?
