Dear Lady Annasfield, as I said in a previous posting we are all entitled to our opinions. If we don't see eye to eye, .....well hey....life's like that. It'd be pretty boring if all thought the same, liked the same things, and so on. What goes around comes around. It'll be my turn to take the piss out of others just in the same way I've had the piss taken out of me this time 'round. Things like that make life fun. :)

Forgot to mention through all this friendly banter that I thought Shevchenko deserved a bit of a shout for that second goal he got. He looked like the player they thought they were buying, and have not seen enough of.

Just had a look at Liverpool's coming fixtures and am very annoyed. We have a run of relatively "easy" games, and then they give us a Sunday match against Chelsea 2 bloody days before we have to face Inter!!! :X

They are unlikely to be ever as weak as this again, albeit with Schevi coming back into some form... I predict a solid win for Liverpool

I agree that NOW would be a great time to play them, but this is not til Feb 10th. Funnily enough, that's the day of the African Nations Final, so I will be hoping Ivory Coast get there now! (or Republic of C?te d'Ivoire as I believe it is officially known ;-)).

Bless his cottons, I love a bit of Buddy. My Dad's mate Ron (now the owner of The Hob) was in the original cast of the Buddy musical so my sister and I were taken a couple of times and got in to all the old tunes from there on.
