Brendan
I?ve been considering one for decades but have decided to wait until they come out in 3D. Or at least this high definition shit I keep on hearing about. benjaminty
I find a lot of peoples faces quite ugly.... and personalities for that matter. Most people are stuck with those faces and personalties for the rest of their lives... and they didnt even get to choose them.I'd rather choose a tattoo I liked than be stuck with one of the above. giggirl
I don't like tattoos on women. There. I've said it. Please don't hate me.Conversely, I'm attracted to a man with ink because it shows he can stand a bit of pain and isn't a total pussy. Jeremy
It's OK, it can look good. It depends on your style.I mean, celtic swirls or japanese characters, on a scrawny Essex boy with his collar turned up - not good.Dennis Avner (aka "Cat Man") - not good. But if you're a punk, a breakdancer, or one of those "alternative burlesque" ladies... why not. Narnia
Can I be frank.............I think tattoos are for idiots. If you want to look better get a haircut or buy new clothes. Don't scar yourself for life. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12200-the-rules-for-tattoos/page/3/#findComment-341626 Share on other sites
Brendan
Ok if that?s how you feel about it Frank. Although a lot of us don?t really mind what other people choose to do with their bodies. Narnia
It's only my opinion Brenda. I don't get the bit where someone thinks this will make them look better eg Beckham. Brendan
Don?t they have tattoo ink these days that can be is specially made so that it can be broken down with a laser relatively easily if you ever want to get rid of it? I?m sure I read that somewhere. Or am I making it up? ????
some of the lads at West Ham had"We fight not because we hate what is in front of us but because we love what is behind us" tatooed on their arms....which is, in a throughly pathetic way, better than some celtic/thai phrse that no-one can understand Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12200-the-rules-for-tattoos/page/3/#findComment-341670 Share on other sites

Brendan
Isn?t there some z list celeb who has a Chinese character tattooed on her lower back and, unbeknownst to her at the time, when translated a certain way it means something about an army sticking certain things in a certain place? Or am I making that up too? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/12200-the-rules-for-tattoos/page/3/#findComment-341684 Share on other sites
giggirl
I wouldn't be surprised Brendan. Probably something straight off a take-away menu. Never seen a tattoo that looks good on a woman (sorry Robyn88). On a woman I would put them on a par with, say, stretch marks. But on a man I agree they are totally hot. I know that is hypocritical at worst and perverse at best, but there we are. giggirl
That's the main thing Robyn. So long as you're happy then all is well. I'm only voicing an opinion because this thread exists - otherwise I would keep it to myself. I'm with you on the hot guys though.
