LondonMix
Congrats-- Expecting Better is an informative and easy read. You could also join one of the antenatal clubs on Mumsnet. The veteran moms provide a wealth of insight and information and all the new moms can ask 'is this normal for this stage of pregnancy' questions. There are also meet ups organised here on the forum depending on the season your baby is due so Summer Babies, Winter Babies etc. Do a search of this section.ESPH do good pregnancy yoga and pregnancy pilates classes which I can definitely recommend. hanstands
If you are interested in doing birth preferably without hospital intervention then the best ever book in my and quite a few Mum friends of mine is Ina May's Guide to Childbirth. This was the book that convinced me I could do this... Even if you'd prefer a hospital birth it can really help one understand the whole process and what our bodies are actually capable of doing naturally. AnyaJoeli
HiyaMy book Pregnancy the Naked Truth is a good read. I teach Pregnancy Pilates in SE15 and if you sign up for a course you receive a free copy of the book. Let me know if you'd like details. Or check out the book on amazon Pregnancy: The naked Truth by Anya Hayes if you'd like to see more about it.My good friend Zoe is a hypnobirthing teacher in Nunhead and Peckham, and her website is a great place to find inspiration for a positive birth www.hypnobirthingplace.com, she also does taster sessions at Bellenden Therapy Rooms.Congratulations on your pregnancy! xx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/122776-pregnancy-resources/#findComment-1047820 Share on other sites
