We have one. I think that it would not work very well in a cellar. I have ours in the kitchen and I still have to open the windows if it is running for more than a half an hour. The drying heat on mine is not too high and it is really better for finishing things off rather than drying the whole load from wet.

I had one in a flat some 5 years ago - bought from argos not the cheapest but not a fortune and it was SUPER. Put your waahing in and the water is dried out into a plastic bottle that you empty...it was amazing how much water was in the clothes from one wash. I found mine worked well when I did it on HOT...but that was fine for those damp towels, sheets etc and heavy jeans.

I would not hesitate to get another.

Unlike cheaper dryers where you need to be able to run the venting hose outside to get rid of the steam, these dryers deal with all the steam and water internally so all you do is plug them in and empty the water out regularly..

    • Hey there,  I am looking for a studio space with outdoor access (could be unused garage etc) to share with a collaborator. We do natural installations, stage design for musicians, and floristry.  Am happy to share our work for reference, but would love to pay someone to use their unwanted space! Thanks so much,  Elektra
    • I went to Mexican Mama last week to get some bits and almost walked out without paying for some Cotija cheese till the owner stopped me and said "that's Nacho Cheese"
    • Plusnet are great if you re-contract with them.  I frequently manage to get a lower price than they give for new customers.  I need to do mine again as my contract is up next month.
    • Hello! I am looking for my first prenatal yoga glass and would be grateful for recommendations around East Dulwich. I have done yoga on and off for years butnever prental. Preferably after work during the week or early mornings but can make time during the day and weekends. Would love to find a teacher with good knowledge (I really don't know what I am doing) and hopefully meet a few other local women. Thank you!
