LauraHW
Can anyone recommend a cook book with good family type meals. Nothing fancy. I'm a big fan of Jamie Olivers but think maybe need to branch out a bit! Many thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/137201-family-cookbook-recommendation/ Share on other sites
yeknomyeknom
save with Jamie is great but you probably have this already. Try Freeze by Justine Pattison. It's about cooking large meals and putting some aside. Even though it's great for saving the recipes are some of the best I've ever made. Really yummy, well written with every day ingredients. rjsmall
We got Fay Ripley's "Fay's Family Food" when my daughter was about 9 months old and we still cook from it five years later. The recipes have are low touch and healthy and also have tips about how to modify them for young children. I'd certainly recommend it - we got it from Rye Books. Brian Jones
I'm a huge fan of Fay Ripley, actually "Fay's Family Food" is my favorite choice, when my wife leave the cooking to me.
