Gardenlover
Family home in SE22 is going on the market this Spring and would appreciate up to date recommendations for Estate Agents. Any and all feedback welcome. I'm particularly interested in those that can share experience in the last 6 months, good or bad! Thank you. JHirst
We bought in July via Acorn on Lordship Lane and it was not an easy purchase for lots of reasons but Oliver from Acorn was really proactive and helpful - going well beyond what we could have expected to make it all happen. Rosetta
You can't compare a buying experience to a selling one.No Flies have the best reviews on here. Search the Forum for reviews.I do not work for them. Hawley
I was extolling the virtues of No Flies on here a few days ago. We sold through them last month and can't praise them highly enough. Pickle
We sold just before Xmas through KFH. Communication pretty awful, but they got people through the door in a tough market (we listed in September, and moved abroad in December, so had a pretty tight timeframe) and found us a great buyer. From the research I did prior to listing, I decided they were all pretty similar. clockworkorange
Thanks all. Shame to need to move away from the area. Having been looking at other areas it turns out east dulwich is an absolute gem! I've always know it was good but actually it's bloody excellent compared to most places! Percentage-wise for us it worked out at a miserly 0.6%, which I found extraordinary bearing in mind the effort and service they put in. They got us the full asking price... shoshntosh
For what it's worth, we have recently had a terrible experience with KFH East Dulwich. We had been warned against using them but didn't listen, and it is a decision we bitterly regret.
