Ok so my stagger in the snow this morning with my maclaren was awful! I have sold my 'big' icandy and was hoping to wait until after christmas to splash out on a p&t in anticipation of newbie arrival in the spring...but I need it NOW if it's going to snow!! Am trying to get best price online as prices seem to vary so much for prams. Has anyone ever bought anything from babybaby online? Good price but never heard of them and a tad worried. Or any tips on good online stores?

Also - p&t's and cosytoes - the p&t ones look..umm..unnattractive. What have others used? Anyone ever splashed out on a snunkie?

I bought mine from this company: http://www.baby2k.com

Only came across them when hunting for the best price for my P & T Vibe. After a lot of deliberations, I gave them a call and the lady sounded OK, they beat all the prices I have seen and delivered before noon next day, which is what I really wanted as I made the purchase when I have had enough of my maclaren.

My P&T has not been out for months but today, I kissed its wheels as I took my girls out for a stroll, and even pushed with one hand...only p&t...never let me down for once!

Best of luck with the search.

I got the P&T's Vibe 2 from this site a few weeks ago;

It's an actual shop (Macclesfield I think), delivery was next day by DHL and they were brilliant - also a lot cheaper that John lewis. Were def the most competitive a few weeks back.

If it's the Vibe you are after, careful you don't get sold the old model, kiddicare only had the old model when I looked!

I had the P and T footmuff but found it really small. Barely made it through last winter when my son turned 1 so no hope for this year. Would go for something else definately. (also zip head broke on second child but think that was my yanking rather than zip issue...)

Hiya, got my P&T from mothercare last year, they were doing 20% off them or something, def worth looking out for price reductions, and there's always quite a few on gumtree/ebay if you can be faffed. I didn't invest in footmuffs and have used my existing ones from other prams (elodie details one and a bugaboo one). To be honest they fit ok but there is nowhere to attach them at the top iyswim, so I've actually had to sew some buttons on the back to make it stay put as it drives me mad when you put the child in and the whole thing sags.

Have to say its a breeze to push and I had no problems with it on the ice-rink pavements. In fact it kept me up!

BTW I didn't buy the P&T's footmuff, couldnt find one anywhere and was in a quandry as to whether Ishould get 1 or 2. John Lewis do not sell them but eventually saw a display model in Mothercare, it's tiny, looks a bit like a sleeping bag!

Decided against it and went for 2 Buggy snuggles instead - still waiting for them to arrive but they are lovely and thick and fit most prams including having ties at the top.

    • Bumpkin I’d say feed and clean.    The RSPB say garden birds are low risk for avian flu but take precautions and clean feeders and birdbaths regularly.    Birds will be starting to nest soon and food you put out can at least feed the parents so they can feed live food to the young who can’t take seed yet.    It’s reccomended to wear gloves and clean feeders/birdbaths with mild disinfectant weekly.
    • We had a take-away from Aroma Lab last night. I was impressed, utterly delicious stir fried tofu and sweet and sour chicken. Generous portions too… will definitely make a habit of eating their home-cooked food.
    • I think that's a big assumption.  Many people vote for the candidate precisely because they are a member of a particular party and represent that party's policiies.  I personally didn't know who McAsh was in the last election, but I knew what party he represented.  When politicians don't act "morally" what are we to think of them and their motivations? But I think there will be people who want to vote Labour, don't know that McAsh has defected and accidentally vote Green precisely because they do vote for the name.  Yes, you could say they need to read the ballot paper more carefully but it's possible to see one thing and not notice another.
