Octonauts books

Hi All

has anyone seen anywhere with Octonauts books in stock? My son is mad on them and I thought I'd get a book for Xmas, but Amazon and the Book Depository are out of stock online until January. Tried WHSmiths in Beckenham today and also Chener books, but no joy.

Ha ha - theres also one for ?53 on Play.com (shipping from the US). Are the ones on Amazon marketplace in stock? amazon had them to buy but despatch was 3-6 weeks, so after Xmas :(

What is it about Octonauts - my 4.5yr old is utterly mad on them. Got to see them twice a day at least!!

Not sure I could take having to read the same book over and over and over........!

So it might be worth my SIL who is in NY at the moment trying to get some for us then. My little girl who is 2.5 yrs old loves them too.... I'll get her to cost them up.

They've definitely hit on something special with Octonauts, and from a parents' perspective, NOT NEARLY as annoying as most of the kids' programmes out there, and the illustrations are quite beautiful. I quite like the fact that each programme does teach them about marine biology - symbiosis might be a little advanced for 4.5 though!! :)

I got The Octonauts & the frown fish, only lonely monster & sea of shade from Amazon a few weeks ago for about ?4 each and they were sent out within a week so they were available.. not that this is much help to you but the book are fantastic and the illustration amazing..

We are very into them in our house and have to admit I do enjoy them too esp as new episodes again this week on c beebies.
