Yes please, I'm determined we're going to get out of the house otherwise I'll go mad! Have never been to Bellingham, but keen to try it, could do either Monday or Wednesday. Let me know what time (and where it is).

Could also be up for Friday at CP if the weather's decent.

It's not particularly flashy but is quite cheap (take a utility bill and join up to get reduced entry) but it's goo for toddlers and easy parking in car4 park (pay and display, quid or so)

I will go Mon and WEds as taking no 1 child and a friend of his and delivering him to the playscheme. I will prob be there from about 9.30 till 11.30 or 12, might have lunch but it's chips etc

Hi I will deffently be up for this next week , I'm starting with a new family (twins age 2) and im looking for things to do , also would love to meet Mums and nannies to have regular play dates with

I'll have a look if its easy to get to as we will be takin the bus

: )

You can get a bus, as I was introduced ro it by the mum of one of DS1's schoolfriends, and she goes by bus.

It is not huge and snazzy, but the staff are friendly, and it's very straightforward if you are managing twin toddlers, with regard to parking, loos, cup of tea etc and it's small enough you do't lose them easily.

Let's swap mobile nos via PM?

Toddler world is fine on public transport-the 363 then 10 min or less walk. The only difficult thing was keeping E awake on the way home! I've been a few times and have found that it's been set up differently depending on who's running it i suppose. Last week there wasn't much for active toddlers tbh though E loves to watch the divers and swimmers so it worked out ok.

    • Did you know that registered medical practioners are supposed to report a notifiable disease to the UK HEALTH security Agency UKHSA. This includes COVID-19.  There’s  quite a long list of other diseases they must report too. They include cholera, diphtheria, acute infectious  hepatitis A/B/C, acute meningitis and acute enchephalitis.

    • We went in for a quote for our tiny bathroom and they said it would cost £8-10k for off the shelf items and installation.   We looked around and found https://thehousemartin.co/about He did the work for less than 5k, including plastering, carpentry of a custom cabinet, plumbing, painting and tiling. The quality of finished work was very high so we can't recommend him highly enough, the only additional cost to us was purchasing the fixtures.
