ED ROCKS
Want to stay fit and toned whilst pregnant?! Not sure what's safe and what you can and can't do? Want something a little more 'challenging' than pregnancy yoga/ pilates? Hopefully this is the answer! After short break following the birth of my second baby, my legs, bums and pregnant tums class is back at JAGS Sports Club. It's a fusion of low impact aerobics, body conditioning, pregnancy yoga and pilates, postural awareness, gentle stretching and pelvic floor exercises (of course!)....Suitable from 12 weeks onwards - I taught the class until I was 39 weeks pregnant with my first baby and 37 weeks with my second so you are in safe hands! I have over 8 years experience as a personal trainer and sports therapist but I specialise in pre and post natal exercise and am passionate about what I do! Especially keeping ladies fit and healthy throughout one of the most physically demanding times of their lives! No need to book the class or be a member - more details on www.oriane.co.uk or JAGS websiteHope to see you at a class soon!Any questions - pls do let me knowOriane Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/16012-pregnancy-exercise-class-at-jags/ Share on other sites

nylonmeals
Oriane is an absolute pregnancy exercise goddess! I hugely recommend her classes and personal training sessions - really good and a proper work out not just a stretch.
