bobbsy
Hello,I have a two bedroom garden flat that will be free for a short term let from mid-September. The apartment has been completely renovated earlier this year and is in fantastic condition - new wooden flooring, underfloor heating, bathroom, kitchen + appliances, new double glazed windows. There is a large living room with French doors out to a HUGE leafy green shared backyard, large master bedroom, and smaller 2nd bedroom. It's on Underhill Road, up towards the Horniman Museum end. I would prefer to let for between 3-6 months, but am flexible. Satellite/normal TV points in living room and main bedroom. Currently unfurnished apart from wardrobes, but also open to providing basic furniture if required. It is currently let with all bills included and can continue as such if required.?1700/month short-let with all bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, TV license)?1400/month long-let, no bills included. Please PM if interested.
