Hello,

I have a two bedroom garden flat that will be free for a short term let from mid-September. The apartment has been completely renovated earlier this year and is in fantastic condition - new wooden flooring, underfloor heating, bathroom, kitchen + appliances, new double glazed windows. There is a large living room with French doors out to a HUGE leafy green shared backyard, large master bedroom, and smaller 2nd bedroom.

It's on Underhill Road, up towards the Horniman Museum end. I would prefer to let for between 3-6 months, but am flexible. Satellite/normal TV points in living room and main bedroom. Currently unfurnished apart from wardrobes, but also open to providing basic furniture if required. It is currently let with all bills included and can continue as such if required.

?1700/month short-let with all bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, TV license)

?1400/month long-let, no bills included.

Please PM if interested.

    • I highly recommend James. I had a few sets of lights (indoor and outdoor) that were no longer working. I texted him yesterday afternoon about the problematic lights, and he had fixed them all by this morning! Very happy that he investigated the issues and found fixes, rather than immediately saying I needed to replace everything, which was the standard response by others. I had other electricians (many who are recommended on this forum) that came round to inspect the work and told me I'd need to replace the lot for a substantial cost. Extremely professional and prompt with very reasonable pricing.
    • Indeed and possibly because with such an extensive wish list as stated, it will be a nigh on impossible to achieve a suitable property for that budget, outside the Village or Alleyn Park area. Even then, all wishes being equal, it would need  > £3m to get a suitable  property.  Compromise  would seem appropriate therefore , which suggests rating each "wish" in order of priority.
    • Once they start talking about ‘electric mini buses’  and ‘cargo bikes’  you can see which demographic this is aimed at. not positive at all
    • Well ain't many of us who can afford to live in SE22 anymore.
