I was contemplating a lovely day out on Saturday, but first decided to pop into Sainsburys on Dog Kennel Hill in the morning to stock up on provisions.

When i got there there was a lot of shouting and screaming from this one woman, who was screaming abuse at anyone who was near her, the poor shop assistants did'nt know what to do, and everyone else did'nt know where to look, finally the Manager (i think) came and with security and escorted her out the store.

Did anyone know what was her problem or had any similar incidents like that?

I'll get my coat.

( really, you can't get the staff these days )

Anyway, what are people doing at "the supermarket" these days ?

Nnnnnette:)

There must be a strange anomaly in Sainsburys, there amongst those rows of shelves is a strange entity that csuses

people to lose it, violently sometimes.

Mothers attack their children they in turn kick and scream back, peircing screams are heard from distreesd toddlers,

men mumbling madly into mobile phones,to ask for guidance to certain shelves in that strange world.

Robotic shelf fillers who dont know where anything is.and block aisles to hype up your already raising pressure.

It is a place you should be alert, look for full up trolleys sure sign they are already overspent and stressed liable

to explode at the check out.

Supermarket mind control has won,if you have a bagful of cakes, chocolate and coffee.and frozen chicken, crisp,

and coke. You have been taken over.

    • It was a reactionary post and inappropriate when talking about a real case and a real person who was harmed.  London streets are generally pretty safe.  Sadly violent crime happens from time to time, as it always has.
    • Do tell, CPR Dave, what the spiteful jealous stuff is - I'm intrigued.  Agree - Burnham is a top class communicator (polar opposite of Starmer) he'd do a great job of uniting the party. I still think Wes Streeting has the edge, though I'm sure he has more enemies as well.
    • This is a huge part of the problem.   Starmer is only interested in himself, not in what is best for our country.    There's a litany of stuff he's done for spiteful jealous personal reasons which has damaged the nation enormously. Burnham would be a much better leader than of the other dross left behind when Starmer goes. To inflict a worse leader (and PM) upon us for his own selfish reasons would add to the problems and be entirely in keeping with his woeful premiership so far.
    • I heard today there was a burglary in Lacon Road yesterday evening between 20.00 - 22.00,  apparently the owners were home at the time & thieves got away with electrical items along with the owners car!  Wtf!   Anyone heard anything else?
