I am a bit worried about the summer hols and baby who doesnt like to sleep in the buggy

tell me about prams.. anythting i could get cheap on ebay and sell after?

... maybe there'd be someone who could lend you one! Have you tried using a shade-a-babe or similar? Know Bugget sleeps better with our one on as she doesn't suddenly get the sun glaring in her face.

Are you thinking carrycot type pram (baby might be a bit big? Mostly up to 6m) or lie flat buggy? For lie flat buggy the baby jogger city mini is fab for hols as completely flat with great sunhood. As buggie says you could put one of the big cover up sunshades on. Or the maclaren triumph lies completely flat too....

More info please! But I'm not v good at ebay prams....(too addicted to shiny-ness of new...husband not happy about this...))

We had the City Mini as well and it was fabulous for buggy sleeps. My son managed to fall sleep in it until he was around three yrs old (long days out type of thing). It has loads of space to stretch out and a really great sun shade the almost covers the whole child. Actually we really really loved that buggy, one hand fold and fit in a small hatchback boot. And they are quite inexpensive.

Love the city mini, too - little one has slept very well in it since birth, light and easy to steer one-handed, folds super-easily and a great price, too!

Baby jogger have their own specific buggy board - here - super expensive! Think bith this and a lascal would be tricky though as on loads of prams due to position of brake...

That is expensive! However, other websites/companies are selling it for ?40-50 - I've no idea how that compares to other buggy boards but the relatively low price of the pram may make up for this.

I agree that the brake looks like it may be blocked by the board but having read some reviews no-one seem to complains of difficulty accessing the brake once the board is on...

The other websites don't have stock though. Sthg funny going on!! The bugaboo board is the same - obscures the brake - you just have to contort foot to put it on (hmm safe...)

Larval buggy board is a 6/10 fit with baby jogger if I recall from lascal website...

I'd also go with a Maclaren, personally. We've got the quest, but it doesn't recline fully- just a bit of the way. Seb is happy to sleep in his for 1hr+ but he's 18mo, not tiny like newest Baby F.

But thinking sbout it he needs to sleep either in the nipper so twins can also go in/ perch on the front or possibly might go for the back of the graco tandem if I can rig up s buggy board

He Really likes the bed but it's very limiting

you could keep an eye out for a mountain buggy double, you can get a carry cot attachment he could go in, also should take a buggy board..

But i must do some serious research I can tell because he does need to nap and we can't stay indoors All summer!

Hmm- maclaren with sheepskin liner and cool sheet/muslin over the top for bed softness but no overheating?

I'm useless with this nap caper, Cheeky S still co-naps in my bed with me every single day and he's almost 18mo. Only sleeps in a cot at g-mas or in the pram occasionally. I'm sure this will work BRILLIANTLY when Baby 2 arrives.
