VW camper stolen: warning to all fellow owners

To all fellow VW camper van owners. Our beloved Moonraker was stolen from Cyrena Road in the early hours of 13th July. She was immobilised and fully secured. Probably flat loaded away. No need to tell you how completely devastated we are. What can I say ..... make sure your bus is as safe as possible.

I would suggest going on VW camper forums and putting up all the details and lots of pictures up too. Also add a listing to ebay and gumtree incase someone else has been offered it or spotted it. It's worth getting all the info out as soon and as quickly as possible.

My condolences-our VW was stolen 2 years ago from outside our house without a trace. There was a spate of VW van thefts in the area at that time so thanks for the warning.

Which van was it? Cyrena Rd seems to have been a mecca for camper vans recently...I live v close and heard nothing - and am often up feeding my baby in the early hrs...
