What's for lunch?

I'm thinking baked spud with chilli con carne.

I may be tempted by Kim's vietnamese chicken soup. I gather those Angry Whoppers aren't half bad.

Picked up a Samosa and Veggie Roti from Cheese Block. They're so good.

I had Heinz tomato soup (a popular choice) and some clementines.

Sort of liquid lunch.

Hm... wonder what to go for today. Need to keep it cheap. Should really have made sandwiches at home but I chose an extra five minutes in bed instead because the kids were being quiet for once.

Aah - another Screamin' Jay fan...

Today it'll be an old standby: my version of quesadillas. Very quick/tasty/spicy (my preference) and just the thing to warm a chilly day. Recipe available on request...

There are a couple of Vietnamese places nearby that I haven't tried out yet. Suspect they offer similar deals. Could do with them costing less than ?4.50 though.
